Nitin has been a Board Advisor, Director or company officer for listed and privately held companies including CMI, Capitalcorp, Ambertech (ASX), Energy Action Limited (ASX), Mincom, Goodlife Health Clubs, Technisyst and Colonial First State Investments Limited.
Nitin holds a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws and Masters of Securities Law from the University of Sydney. Nitin is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an affiliate at FINSIA.
